When it comes to outdoor grilling, individuals have a number of choices when it comes to equipment. While Beefeater BBQ grills and accessories are expensive, many grill masters prefer the brand. At the same time, there are several individuals whom have provided both good and mediocre reviews.
Most often, users report having great success when it comes to cooking on the grill and using the accessories associated with the brand. Whereas, there are a number of others whom have reported problems from wind shutting off burners to the appearance of rust on what is labeled as stainless steel equipment after only a few months of usage.
While this is the case, others have reported that the parts are mismatched upon delivery. One example of this includes the drip tray and gas point being lower than the actual frame of the unit. For some, the fix is as easy as calling the vendor from which the unit was purchased. Although, for those living outside the United States, many have found fixes difficult if not impossible.

For, many have spent hours on line trying to obtain help with both set-up, missing parts and usage of the Beefeater system and accessories while waiting on a customer representative. Whereas, others have reported long delays when it comes to receiving items shipped from the main distributor in the United States.
Most often, complaints appear to come from users outside the United States. For example, one customer in Dubai claims that while not having been exposed to a great deal of rain, the product showed corrosion and rust after a very short period of usage. In addition, the damage appears to have been on the main unit as well as on a number of different parts.
It should be noted that while there have been some bad reviews, there have also been great reviews about the products and services of the company. In one case, a customer seemed confused as to why there were so many negative issues with regards to parts and service as that individual has never had problems. Whereas, others report having owned Beefeater equipment and accessories for over six years without any issues.
One way to assure that the grill and accessories stay in good working order is to clean each after every use. In some cases, parts have been returned to the dealer which were clogged with grease and dirt. When this is the case, it is most likely the parts will be returned with an explanation related to the damage. As to whether the company will charge to replace the parts often depends on whether or not there are any defects once the product has been cleaned and inspected at the factory.
As most of the complaints appear to be related to corrosion, rust and ignition, it appears the company may want to consider changing vendors when it comes to these aspects. It could also be useful to include documentation informing customers on the proper cleaning and usage of the main unit and associated parts. After which, there might very well be more positive results and reviews in the future.
